Export the governance record

Mode: how-to. Export an auditable CSV of governance events for evidence, audit, or circulation.

Tollgate keeps an append-only audit trail of every governance event — decisions, changes, risk events, status updates, thesis amendments. You can export it as a CSV at two levels: the whole portfolio, or a single project.

Export the whole portfolio

1. Open Apps → Tollgate Portfolio.
2. Select the Jira Plan whose projects you want to include (see Connect a Jira Plan).
3. In the page header, under the settings and actions group, click Export governance record.
4. Tollgate compiles one CSV of every governance event across all in-scope projects and downloads it.

Note

Access is enforced per project. Projects you can’t see contribute no rows to the export — the record only ever contains what you are entitled to read.

Export a single project

1. Open the project’s Tollgate tab.
2. Find the app change log at the foot of the page.
3. Use its export control to download that project’s governance events as a CSV.

Tip

The export is the auditable, portable record — and the documented exit path for your governance data. You are never trapped in Tollgate.

Confirm the exact control label for the per-project change-log CSV export (AppChangeLog) against the shipped UI. An attested-record integrity footer (generated-at, generated-by, row count, SHA-256 hash) is on the roadmap but may not yet be in the shipped export — confirm before documenting it.
