6.8.0 — next release

Export the dashboard to PDF.

The Dashboard has an Export to PDF button at the right of the Project Performance header row. It downloads a two-page A4 landscape colour report of the dashboard, followed by an addendum listing every work package and every open risk and opportunity. Each page carries the export time and a link back to the live project. Available for Standard mode projects. See Export the dashboard to PDF.

6.7.1 — next release

A schedule-only S-curve for projects with no budget.

When no work package has a budget, the Timeline panel is headed Schedule progress. It plots planned % complete against actual % complete. The panel notes why there is no earned value: no budget recorded, or budgets not baselined yet. Each package’s planned % is a straight line across its baseline window, or its planned dates when it has no baseline. The project figure weights each package by the length of its window in days.
Standard mode now reads planned value.

In Standard, earned value uses each work package’s planned budget and planned dates as the baseline. Planned value previously read 0 in Standard.
Today’s point on the S-curve reads today.

The current period’s planned value is read at today, so the chart’s readout matches the headline.
Ask Tollgate names projects from Jira.

A project with no business case takes its name from Jira instead of an invented one. Ask Tollgate also answers mode-specific questions, and explains earned value and the S-curve.

6.7.0 — 6 October 2026

Standard mode is the default for new projects.

With no site setting, a new project starts in Standard. A project that already has a business case stays in Advanced. The site setting (Default mode on the Tollgate Portfolio page) and the per-project switch in Project settings still apply.

It is headed Project Performance. The top row has Overall with its key message beside the Project brief, at equal width. The second row has the Cost, Schedule and Scope status cards.

6.3.0 — 13 August 2026

This release closes three weeks of full-app acceptance testing. We walked every register, gate and portfolio surface on a seeded test portfolio, and this release fixes what we found. Changes you will notice:

“Behind baseline” replaces “Overdue.”

The work-package badge compares the forecast end with the planned end. That is a slip from the plan. It can show on a package whose dates are still in the future. The label now says what it measures.
An unknown budget variance no longer reads “on budget.”

A project with no baseline now reads that way everywhere money rolls up. Previously a missing figure and a zero variance looked the same.
One rule for budget health.

The dashboard’s budget tile and the portfolio table now band budget variance identically. They previously disagreed at the margins.
Registers keep their shape at narrow widths.

No column shrinks narrower than its content. Row actions stay clickable at every width.
Consistent status chips.

The project tab and the portfolio now use the same casing and money format (previously AT RISK and At risk).
Clearer failure states.

A failed project load now says so and offers a retry. It previously rendered an empty project. Portfolio load failures carry a Try again control.
Export the governance record.

One CSV of every governance event: decisions, changes, risks and the audit trail. Export one project from its settings. Export every project you can see from the portfolio settings menu. See Export the governance record.

6.2.0 — 24 July 2026

Public Marketplace launch.

Tollgate’s first publicly listed version. Everything below this line shipped before the public listing existed. Earlier version numbers were never customer-visible.

5.1.0 — 9 July 2026

Tollgate branding across all modules.

Every user-facing surface now reads Tollgate: the project tab, the Portfolio page, the Rovo agent and all copy. (Storage keys and internal identifiers are unchanged.)
Removed the Jira issue panel and mobile glance.

The read-only issue panel (jira:issuePanel) and the mobile glance (jira:issueGlance) are gone. Tollgate now supports three surfaces: the project Tollgate tab, the Tollgate Portfolio and the Ask Tollgate Rovo agent.
